Your seal is logged with its serial number, pump model and PO. Photos on receipt.
2. Clean & inspect
Ultrasonic cleaning, full teardown, faces checked under monochromatic light. Failure mode recorded.
3. Quote in 48 h
Parts-only pricing — we don't bill labor. Genuine kits or cross-referenced equivalents, your choice.
4. Repair & test
Lapping to ≤ 2 light bands, new elastomers, reassembly to OEM dimensions, 30 psi static test.
5. Ship with report
Inspection report with photos and serial history. Typical turnaround 10 working days.
Request a repair (RMA)
Tell us what you have and we'll send an RMA number and shipping instructions within one business day. Seals from AESSEAL, John Crane, Flowserve, Chesterton, EagleBurgmann and others.
- Include the pump make & model — it lets us match past jobs and parts.
- Ship in the original box or wrapped in bubble film; keep the faces protected.
- Navy / shipyard jobs: attach the DD-1149 or work order if available.
